Humundi

A word from the General Secretary

Inspired by our close links with those involved in agriculture, research and international solidarity, we are now promoting systemic change in the way we produce, distribute, consume and design our food.

With this in mind, SOS Faim has become Humundi, a name that embodies our strategic expansion towards the co-construction of sustainable food systems.

We want this new name to resonate as a call to broaden our impact.

At Humundi, we believe that we cannot feed the world without taking care of people and the planet. That’s why we support those who are committed to an agro-ecological transition on different scales, while remaining on a constant learning curve.

Humundi act for fair and
sustainable food systems

In 2022, Humundi has rolled out its new strategy: to co-construct sustainable food systems in the face of the food, climate, economic, energy and social crises.

The fruit of 50 years’ work with our partners, this choice is rooted in the realisation that only a global transformation of production and consumption methods can provide access to healthy, sustainable food for all.
